Our Mission
At FREEMDR, we provide free mental health resources, including EMDR and Flash therapy, to vulnerable populations facing challenges in their lives. Our mission is to empower community members through healing by offering compassionate and professional mental health support that they may not otherwise be able to afford. We also provide training to outreach organtizations serving the unhoused and more in ATX
